John DelCamp2023-08-07I have used Amin and his crews with Alliance Movers for 6 separate moves in the Maryland area over the past 4 years. Whether it was moving into storage from a home or out of storage to our new home, Amin and his fine employees have always been there for us. Amin is fantastic with communication leading up to and during the day of the job in order to make sure everything goes as planned. One of the reasons I have always turned to Alliance Movers is because we own an oversized solid mahogany China hutch which requires a minimum of 4 stout men to safely move. The top half, in particular, is extremely heavy as well as bulky with non removable glass doors. It is arguably more difficult to move than a piano due to it’s weight and size. Every time we have moved this particular heirloom, Amin has made it a point to be on the job in order to personally assure the safety of his crew as well as the transport of this particular piece of furniture. Alliance Movers have always been prompt, courteous and professional when performing my jobs. It is an honor for me to give Alliance Movers my highest possible recommendation!

Provider was 4.5 hours late, lied about the box not being ready at U-Haul (I called and talked directly to the service representative on site), delivered the wrong UBox, complained how late and dark it was before they finished (it would have been light out if they would have arrived on time or even at the agreed-upon 1.5 hours later due to an issue with the previous job). Was rude and abrupt. Assistant was terrific.

I have moved many times in my life and every time I have been charged more than the original quote, without any explanation. Alliance was fair, honest and reliable. Amin must be “Tetris Legend”; the way he packed that truck, was masterful, not an ounce of wasted space. We hired them to move items from the basement and home that was going to recycle or junk into the dumpster we rented. The following week he and his team came to load the moving truck. They made quick work of it! I was a first time Uhaul driver, and kudos to them, they packed it so well, nothing shifted and I always felt safe on the road. Amin was very encouraging, gave me tips for the drive and cheered me on! I would highly recommend them! And I plan to use them again next weekend when I take the rest of the stuff down. Really a fantastic group! and flexible to my timeline. Moving is almost the worst thing in the world, Amin and his team carried a heavy burden and took some weight off my shoulders (literally and figuratively🤣) Thank you so much, a job very well done!

Waveney Brown2021-09-06Alliance movers was able to move a dear friend from his 1 bedroom apartment of 23 years to a storage unit. They were quick and organized. They shrink wrapped items to protect them in the move and were very careful with a few glass top pieces padding and shrink wrapping before moving them to the truck. Despite a few elevator access issues all items were packed onto the truck and unloaded and packed in the storage unit. Amin and his team got the job done.
